Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Social Publisher (“the Service”), operated by Ryan Evans Dev. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service lets you connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and publish videos to them from one place. It acts only on your instruction, using the permissions you granted when you connected the account.

Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Tell us promptly at ryanbob10@yahoo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Connected accounts and your content

You may only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage. You keep all ownership of the videos and captions you upload. You grant the Service permission to store that content and transmit it to the platforms you select, purely in order to publish it as you asked.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including that you have the rights to it, that it is lawful, and that it complies with the rules of the platform it is posted to.

Platform terms also apply

Publishing through the Service does not exempt you from the terms of the platform you are publishing to. TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to everything posted to TikTok, and TikTok may remove content or restrict accounts under its own rules. The Service has no control over those decisions.

Until the Service completes TikTok’s app review, TikTok requires that all content it posts is restricted to private visibility. This is imposed by TikTok, not by us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content.
• Post to accounts you do not own or have permission to manage.
• Send spam or run coordinated inauthentic activity.
• Attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Evade the rate limits or other protections built into the Service.

Availability

The Service is early-stage software provided on an as-is basis. It may be unavailable, change, or lose data. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that can fail, change, or rate-limit us, and a publish may fail for reasons entirely outside our control. Do not rely on the Service as the only copy of anything you care about — keep your original video files.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Evans Dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing ryanbob10@yahoo.com. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required to protect the Service or its users, or if required by a platform we integrate with.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
